Firstly, attendance percentage has decreased,speaker profiles have become uninteresting,in project developments contribution and sharing have decreased, communication between members and as a natural result of this friendship and cooperation level have been affected, decreasing to lower levels than its early situation. Ignorance in new members choice, has been examined for some period and this caused Halic Rotary’s sudden aging. Although this gap was tried to be covered later, in general atmosphere these members could not do anything but had orientation problems.

The economic crise that our country encounters has a big role, in these bad experiences too. If we should mention some of striking figures of our club, out of 38 active members,22 of them old presidents,which makes 130 % of the members. Number of members , which can take place in the new management, excluding the president, is 15. At this point our club has also experienced another unlucky situation. It is understood that, appointed secretary of our club will not have enough time to continue his duty, due to his heavy burden in his company, which has been badly affected by September 11th.
